1. Choosing Your Watch
As you glance around the site, you will see that Rolex is organized by model. If you click on a particular model from the home page menu you will then be able to glance through everything available. If you have a clearer picture of what color dial or price range you are looking for, you can use the menu on the left to refine your search.
If you have just begun your search for the perfect Rolex and aren’t sure of any specifics, you can click on ROLEX from the homepage navigation. This will direct you to a gallery of every Rolex model available at Watch Chest. You can use the menu on the left to refine your search based on size, metal, price range, and other details that will point you towards your ideal selection.

2. Payment Options
Transactions conducted through Watch Chest are safe and easy. They are happy to say that their clients are not subject to sales tax. This will save you hundreds — if not thousands — of dollars on your purchase.
Bank Wire
A bank wire transaction consists of a short visit to your bank, is cost-efficient and instant. You are able to choose bank wire transaction as your method of payment at checkout and will instantly receive a 2.1% discount on your purchase, as there will be no processing fees from a merchant. After checkout you will be sent an email with short instructions and all the information needed to seamlessly initiate a bank wire.
If you select the bank wire payment option, Watch Chest is able to ship to any address in the world as per your request.
Credit Card / PayPal
Watch Chest gladly accepts PayPal payments and please do not hesitate to call if you need help setting up an account.
If you would prefer to use a credit card, we accept them through your PayPal account. Upon checkout, please choose the PayPal option and you will be taken to sign into your PayPal account. You will have the chance to choose your shipping address and which payment method you prefer. This is where you are able to select a credit card you already have on file with PayPal or connect a new one.
Please note that Watch Chest’s company policy requires us to ship your watch to the confirmed address on file with PayPal so please make sure you have the correct address selected. PayPal may also conduct a short, routine 24-hour review on your transaction, where they seek to provide extra payment protection to both you and Watch Chest. If this happens to be the case with your purchase, you are not required to do anything but Watch Chest stays in close contact with you until the review is complete.
3. Buy Online Or By Phone
You also have the option to size your wrist so that you will be able to wear your watch straight from the box. A quick video on how to measure your wrist size can be found here.
You are able to conduct your entire purchase online from start to finish. After making your selection, click the ADD TO CART button and continue through to checkout. Here you will be asked for shipping information and which payment method you prefer to complete your purchase.

4. Order Confirmation
After you complete your purchase online or by phone, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you have provided. Please take a moment to confirm that your shipping address and phone number are correct.
5. Schedule Delivery Date
A Watch Chest representative will promptly contact you in order to schedule a delivery day that will work best for your convenience. The package typically arrives between 9am and noon, but may be later depending on if you live in a remote location. An adult 21 years of age and up must be present to sign for your watch, as the carrier will not complete the delivery otherwise.
6. How We Ship
Watch Chest is happy to provide complimentary fully-insured shipping to all U.S. customers. Each watch is shipped overnight and in inconspicuous multi-layer packaging for maximum security.
7. Receive Your Watch
Enjoy unboxing your Rolex! Shipping is tracked closely and a Watch Chest representative will contact you with a quick follow up for anything you may need!
Once you have made your selection, click on the ADD TO CART button. You will be taken to the checkout page.
First, fill out your billing and/or shipping address.
Next, select your method of payment. If you choose to conduct a bank wire transaction, the 2.1% discount will automatically be applied. Once you click on the ORDER button, you will be redirected to a confirmation page and a Watch Chest Representative will contact you shortly on how to seamlessly initiate a bank wire.
If you would prefer PayPal or to pay by credit card, please select the PAYPAL option. Once you click on the ORDER button, you will be redirected to PayPal’s website to sign into your account.
Please log into your account. Your Rolex selection and purchase amount will be displayed on the left. If at the last minute you’ve changed your mind and would rather choose the bank wire option, just click the CANCEL AND RETURN TO WATCH CHEST link below the log in box.
Once you log into PayPal, the default payment method will be selected. If you would like to change it or link a credit card, click the CHANGE link next to the Payment Methods header.
Here you can choose another payment method aside from the one you have set on default. You can selected another confirmed bank account, debit card, or credit card. If you would like to use a card that you have not set up within PayPal yet, click on the LINK ANOTHER CARD link. Click CONTINUE when you are set.
Once you have confirmed your payment, a confirmation page will display. A confirmation email will be sent to you and a Watch Chest representative will contact you shortly to set up a delivery date that will work best for you!
